A New Legal Framework for Fair Competition -- Expanding Options and Making Diverse Choices Accessible and Fair.
The Consultation Desk is one initiative designed to ensure the effective operation of the Mobile Software Competition Act. It serves as a dedicated point of contact where specialized counselors offer free advice and guidance to app developers and other stakeholders on their challenges and concerns related to their business transactions.
We carry out the following activities to ensure the effective implementation of the Mobile Software Competition Act.
Responses to
consultationsResponses to consultations will
include explanations regarding the content of Terms of Service, but will be limited to
the extent that they do not violate the Attorney Act or other applicable laws and
regulations.

Weekdays 10:00am–5:00pm
Note: Not available on Saturdays, Sundays, national
holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (from December 28 to January 3 of the following year),
etc.
